College students complete Sinai renovation with official opening of Sinai Coach House
Over the past two years, Burton and South Derbyshire College students have played a vital role in bringing this important heritage building back into use and we would like to take the opportunity to share their hard work.
Through their hands-on experience in joinery, brickwork, electrics, plumbing, roofing, decorating and more, students have helped preserve the Coach House's historic structure, while creating a valuable new office for the Sinai Park House Trust.
The event marked not only the successful restoration of a historic building, but also a remarkable collaboration between education, heritage and the local community.
The Sinai Park House Trust extends its thanks to all volunteers, partners, and visitors who contributed to making the day such a success. With the momentum from this event, we look forward to continuing the work to preserve and enhance this unique historic site for future generations.
We also were delighted to welcome the Burton Mail who featured the event in their paper:

VIP Guests included: Course leader Ian Vanes-Jones, High Sheriff of Stafforshire Pritpal Singh Nagi MBE DL and Ruby Singh Nagi, Branston Town Council mayor Andrew Riley, and Jacob Collier MP. Pictured in front of the reburbished Coach House at Sinai.
